Welcome to the Kent County Comprehensive Plan Update Web Page. This site will allow the viewer to query certain land use information down to the parcel level. Information such as parcel zoning, acreage, building permit, property location, building type, year built, and land use application information (conditional use, rezoning, and text amendment). Each query search is dependent on the nine Hundred’s that make up Kent County. It is Kent County’s hope that its citizens will become more informed on the land use decisions being made and will participate in future land use processes such as the Comprehensive Plan Update.

Before you begin, there are some administrative notes:

1. Maps are not engineering accurate and are for planning purposes only. All legal descriptions of Kent County properties must be annotated by a licensed surveyor, and information annotated on these maps should not be construed as absolute or used in lieu of consultation with various Federal, State, and/or local regulators.
2. There are required plug-ins to view this information. (Autodesk, Macromedia Flash)
